Sombrio will never sell or rent your personal information. What Is ‘Personally Identifying Information’?

“Personally identifying information” is information that can be explicitly used to identify and/or contact you as an individual. This includes information such as: email address, first and last name, occupation, company name and postal code / zip code. Other information collected includes whether or not the person would like to subscribe to a newsletter or be contacted by a sales representative (both are unchecked by default) and any information relating to promotions. At any time you can add or remove your name from the newsletter subscriber list, or the member list entirely, by emailing hello@sombriocartel.com. On occasion, Sombrio may ask you for more personal information such as an address. We do this when you register for promotions (contests) or services that require such information. This information may also be needed for purposes of compliance with federal, provincial and local laws and/or for editorial and feedback solicitation purposes. When we intend to use your personal information, we tell you up front. This way you can decide whether you want to give us the information or not. Personally identifying information that you choose to provide to another party or web site will be subject to their privacy policy. For example, if you purchase goods or services online from a merchant you found while searching the Sombrio web site network, information you provide to that merchant is subject to their privacy policy rather than ours.

Users should be aware that when you are on the Sombrio network you could be directed to other sites that are beyond our control. There are links to other sites from the Sombrio network pages that take you outside our service. This includes links from advertisers, sponsors and partners that may use the Sombrio logo as part of a co-branding agreement. These other sites may send their own cookies to users, collect data or solicit personal information. Always be aware of where you end up!
